All scan results created in XSControl are logged on the server to which XSControl is connected at the moment of scanning or background synchronization. Results logged to the demo environment at xscdemo.ticketteam.com are stored indefinitely, but will never be used for any commercial purposes. No user data other than scan results is collected.
Certain types of mounted ticket scanners produced by TicketTeam are equipped to take photos during the ticket scanning process. Whether, how and how long these photos are stored is determined by the specific customer's data retention policy. No photos are ever stored at the demo environment at xscdemo.ticketteam.com.
XSControl uses the device's camera for the sole purpose of barcode scanning. Barcode recognition is based on the live camera feed and no images are ever stored locally or remotely.
